A 42 yr old lady came with severe pain to vasavi Royal pearl ENT institute, lakdikapul. She had covid following which she had black fungus.

She developed maggots , house flies in her nose . Her nose was totally destroyed by the black fungus for which she just got injections .

A few months later was referred to us at vasavi hospital.
